The Blue Poly Sport

The Blue Poly Sport is fabricated 5mm wider at the forefoot and has a deeper heel cup than the White Poly Standard or Econoline. These dimensions help eliminate orthosis migration in wider athletic type shoes.

The Blue Poly Sport may be ordered with any combination of covering materials or accommodations. A white vinyl is standard.

Ultra lite

Ultra Lite devices are comprised of high-density Plastazote, and offer remarkable versatility of function. These devices weigh very little, and have been used successfully in functional applications with elite athletes. At the other end of the therapeutic spectrum, Ultra Lite orthoses can be designed for use as highly effective accommodative orthoses.

Ultra Lite pricing includes all intrinsic and extrinsic plate modifications, top covers and standard accommodations.

White Poly Standard & White poly Econoline

For decades, our polypropylene devices have set the industry standard for functional orthoses. Our stringent quality and accuracy standards mean that you’ll receive products which support your reputation for delivering the most excellent patient care.

All polypropylene devices are available in four thicknesses for a range of flexibility options.

The White Poly Standard may be ordered with any combination of materials of accommodations. The Econoline is finished top and bottom with a matte surface (soft coverings not available).

Cork Mold: Reinforced & non-reinforced

Cork molds are shank-dependent thermocork orthotic devices. Non-reinforced cork molds are our most resilient devices, used primarily in accommodative applications.

Reinforced Cork Molds are designed using a proprietary lamination process which incorporates a layer of thermoplastic to increase the control of the device, while still allowing for excellent accommodation.
